Managing Partner
Joseph Perfetti is an award-winning educator, author, executive speaker, and expert in corporate finance, strategy, and agility. With over 25 years of experience and more than 2,000 executive education teaching days, he has worked with global leaders including Google, Nike, Deloitte, and Merck. Joseph currently teaches Equity Analysis at the University of Maryland, leveraging one of the world’s largest Bloomberg academic labs to certify hundreds of students annually.As an Innovation Fellow with Duke CE, Joseph has developed influential online self-study courses, notably “Building Financial Acumen,” tailored to non-financial managers, and “Building Strategic Agility,” based on his proprietary Agile Dashboard research. He also authored a chapter on Agile Governance in Wiley’s “Handbook of Corporate Governance” and created the Global Productivity Awards, recognizing organizational speed through financial analysis.
In addition to executive education speaking roles at institutions like Harvard, Wharton, and Georgetown, Joseph co-founded Learning Communities LLC, a consultancy focused on strategy, financial analysis, and organizational culture. His entrepreneurial ventures include founding Intelliworks, a higher education CRM startup acquired in 2011 by Hobsons. Joseph holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and has received multiple awards recognizing his excellence in teaching.

PartnerScott Koerwer is an accomplished, entrepreneurial leader with extensive experience in higher education, health education, and business. Currently serving as the 6th Director of the Iacocca Institute at Lehigh University, Scott has previously held executive roles including Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at The Wright Center, and Vice President for Strategy and Planning at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine, where he was also the founding dean of its graduate school. His leadership background includes serving as President of Newberry College, Deputy Dean at the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business, Associate Dean at the University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business, and Director of Executive Education at Wharton.
Scott holds degrees from Muhlenberg College (BA), Lehigh University (MA), the University of Pennsylvania (EdD), and Thomas Jefferson University (PhD). A lifelong learner, he is an alumnus of executive programs at institutions such as Kellogg School of Management, Harvard University, Thomas Jefferson University, Arizona State, and Georgetown.
An expert in organizational strategy, entrepreneurial initiatives, leadership development, and executive education, Scott has successfully developed global partnerships and programs across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, the UK, and the United States.
