Building Strategic Agility
Agile Culture - Levers for Culture Change

A New Business Paradigm Requires an Integrated Approach to Strategic Agility

Culture gets talked about a lot in companies and it often gets blamed for a lot. Research and experience tell us that culture is powerful, pervasive and slow to change on its own. As leaders, it’s within our power to influence our company’s culture and reshape our own slice of it to help our organizations adapt faster and win in a rapidly changing complex marketplace.

The goal of culture change isn’t upheaval, but to be thoughtful about what aspects of our culture should be preserved while simultaneously pinpointing and changing the parts that don’t support the agile practices, behaviors, and mindsets we need today.

Course Description:

In this course, we will explore the characteristics of agile cultures and how to use the levers of culture change to build more agility into your own organization’s culture.
