Building Strategic Agility
Power of Purpose

A New Business Paradigm Requires an Integrated Approach to Strategic Agility

Intense globalization and exponential technological change are disrupting every industry and causing a sense of impermanence in markets and companies. In turn, our previous pillars of organizational stability – strategy and vision – are also now more transient.

In light of this, Organizational Purpose has become all the more vital because it provides the stability people need, and it answers the fundamental question, “Why do we exist?”

Course Description:

In this course, we will explore how to discover your Organizational Purpose and how to craft and narrate a compelling vision that provides context and meaning to your team’s work in these uncertain times.
