Building Strategic Agility
Customer-Centric Innovation

A New Business Paradigm Requires an Integrated Approach to Strategic Agility

An essential part of winning in this new age is getting closer to, and evolving with, your customers. It’s through this process of learning and co-creation that companies will be able to best meet their customers’ new needs and expectations. Although most companies claim to be customer-centric, they remain fluent only in the internal language of customer segments and product characteristics. They attempt to differentiate their offerings by adding features and functions without taking the voice of the customer into consideration.

The customer has what we call “jobs to be done” and is seeking the best product or service to do it. Understanding the jobs your customers want done, both today and tomorrow, helps you gain valuable insights and enables you to innovate faster than the competition.

Course Description:

In this course, we will explore how companies can build greater customer-centricity, speed, and flexibility into their DNA, allowing them to out-innovate the competition and thrive in the “age of agility.”
