Building Strategic Agility
Harnessing Data Science for Business Impact
A New Business Paradigm Requires an Integrated Approach to Strategic Agility
The amount of data available to decision-makers is growing exponentially. Google now performs 63,000 searches a second, and we’ve only just begun to connect things like appliances and cars, to the internet, in addition to people. While we have access to mountains of data, it is of little value if we are unable to translate data into useful insights.
Making better decisions has always been a hallmark of leadership. But, how does this capability need to change in a data-rich, AI-augmented world where yesterday is not a good predictor of tomorrow?
